Lets try blogging again

Well here we are 8 months later and we are just now attempting to blog again. Hopefully I will be better about keeping up on things this time.

Things are great out here in sunny ARIZONA. We are really starting to heat up. We have been swimming pretty much all week and the boys are loving it. So am I. It really wears them out and they have been going to bed so much easier.

We are preparing for Nate's family to come into town. Next weekend his parents and his sister, Kristen, and her two boys will be staying with us. We are so excited have them here and to have Brock and Brody get to know their cousins Tyler and Matt. Tyler is 3 and Matt is just a few months younger than Brody. Let's just say that our house will be crazy for a while.

Brock is 3 and still my crazy little boy that has no fear. He is taking swimming lessons and loves every minute of it. There are 2 other kids in his class and they cry the entire time and he just sits there and plays with the water toys until it is his turn. His teacher says that he is a natural. We can't wait to get him to try water skiing this summer. I think we can get him to do it this year. He is still at the age where you can convince him that just about anything is fun. Right now Brock's life is all about cars. He has a backpack that he fills with cars and carries around all day long. He even tells the cars goodnight before he goes to bed.

Brody is 19 months and as crazy as his brother. He loves the water and will start swimming lessons next month. I have a feeling that he might be one of the kids crying the entire class. He is still a mama's boy and I love it. Brody follows Brock around and does whatever he does. Brock is usually patient with him, but every once in a while he gets tired of it. Brody has a big bruise on his head because he was trying to be like his brother and shoot the basketball from the chair and he fell off. We are not sure if he had help falling off or not.
